Family welcomes first baby girl born after 138 years: After a gap of 138 years, a couple in the US became parents to the first girl born in the father’s family.

When Carolyn, the newborn girl’s mother, wed her husband Andrew ten years ago, she understood what she was getting into.

He was up forward and told her that his family hadn’t had a girl kid since 1885.
Audrey is the name given to the child by the couple. Because they had never considered a girl’s name before, the father claimed it was extremely difficult to develop a name.
The mother of the newborn girl said that because their daughter was “worth the wait and all the trials,” the birth was “much more special.”

The couple reported having a miscarriage in 2021, so when they learned they were expecting again a year later, they were grateful yet wary.
