Imran Khan indicted in Toshakhana Case Reference

Additional Sessions in Islamabad District and Sessions Courts In the Toshakhana Case Reference, Judge Humayun Dilawar, charged former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The Session Court of Islamabad denied Imran Khan’s two pleas about the maintainability of the reference and summoned him in person for indictment on Friday after announcing the reserved judgement in this matter.

Additional Sessions in Islamabad District and Sessions Courts The PTI leader would face charges, according to Judge Humayun Dilawar, who also instructed him to ensure his attendance in court.

The trial court received a reference to Toshakhana (gift depository) from the ECP in November to begin criminal proceedings against Imran Khan.

The ECP’s Toshakhana case, also known as the Toshakhana reference case (formally known as the reference of disqualification of Imran Khan), was a significant judgement.
