Mental Health is one of the most important issues that almost everyone comes up in his life. But not everyone takes it seriously. Most people do not know what mental health is or how sensitive and serious this issue is. So, before discussing further, I will be first discussing what exactly mental health is.
Mental health is one\’s capacity to deal with a situation, control his emotions, handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions in his life. They are our brain\’s functions that directly and directly relate to our whole body and our soul. If the mind is not healthy, this can disturb the body and a person\’s life and capacity to perform.
As for all these capabilities, do not go quite well with everyone. Most people cannot cope with anxiety and emotions, reflecting upon their performance, physical health, activities, behaviour, and lifestyle. Many circumstances come into our lives; some are happy, some are sad, some are difficult, and many more. When these situations vary, our emotions vary with them. But we can tackle such situations and how we control our emotions in these situations. These abilities are directly related to our mind\’s ability, which is not the same for every person and depends on one\’s mental health.
With the pandemic and the lockdown, there had been many suicides and anxiety cases that have appeared around us. The mental health issue has been observed in every other person. We can say that with the surge of corona cases, the cases of mental health have also been increased. Due to the current suicide cases, much awareness has been spread worldwide, which has been highlighted as a serious issue, but still, in our country, most people are not aware of this.
Covid-19 has also been on a surge in our country, and the same depression issues were also observed in our community. But the mind issues have never been taken seriously in society. The timely solace or harmony is given to the victim without taking an inside look at the following person\’s mental health condition. Even sometimes, most people rebuke the patient or ignorance is faced by him, which further worsens the conditions.
We are people belonging to different Pakistani families, having different aims, doing different jobs. We have a lot of issues, and each deals with a different one. However, They are not the same for everyone. Many of such mental disorders are found in our families. Some of these include:

The issue of suicide is yet very important to be discussed here, yet it is the eventual result of an extreme case of prolonged psychological sickness. Among the past few years, the suicide rates have also been increased, and a high proportion of them are students. According to COMSATS University, the rate of suicide in male was higher than female. Of the 42.6% were from schools, 23.5% of colleges and 22.1% from universities. It\’s clear from the percentages that the juvenile mind is the most affected.

According to an estimate, about 50 million people suffer from mental health. With the country\’s rising economic and political issues, the anxiety rate has also been increased. According to another estimate, about 36% of the population suffers from mental illness and the leading causes of then are financial issues and bad family and friends relationships. But the most dangerous is that the children who have a less groomed mind are feel everything more intensely than the adults.
The children are consider to be playing and studying and working hard for their future. The parents do not realize that like everyone; their child may also have problems that may worry them and can lead to psychological disorders that may affect their life and performance. They are suppos to have no practical life or any factor that might lead them to become mental patients. In the end, I would say that every person has ups and downs in his life. There are moments of happiness and sadness; there are difficult situations. But they are a part of our lives where we grow by facing these situations. We can get nervous, anxious, or depressed; instead, we should learn to control our emotions regardless of the matter\’s severity. The parents should keep a check on their child and establish a friendly relation with their children to be more open to them about their issues and seek help from home rather than suppressing their minds. If you do not feel okay in serious cases and are extremely dishearten, you should seek help from an expert.
