WhatsApp is Working on Quick Reactions and More

WhatsApp recently announced \’Multi-device support,\’ which allows users to use the platform on a linked PC without keeping their phone connected to the internet all of the time. A beta version of WhatsApp has discovered that includes a feature. That allows you to use your WhatsApp account on a second device.

The latest update for Android is version 2.22.10.13, according to WABetainfo. The upcoming feature will function similarly to multi-device support. Allowing users to link a secondary phone or tablet to their primary device\’s account.
A section titled \’Register Device as Companion\’ was also reveale. According to the instructions, users will need to scan a QR code with their primary WhatsApp device to finish setting up the secondary device.

In other news, WhatsApp is working on bringing \’Quick Reactions\’ to the platform. Users will be able to respond to a status with an emoji, just like on Facebook and Instagram. However, eight different reaction emojis are expect to included, including a smiling face with heart eyes. A face with joy tears, a face with an open mouth, a crying face, a person with folded hands, clapping hands. A party popper, and a hundred points emoji.
