Apple cider vinegar is the most popular home remedy and uses for many different purposes. It is made for healthy and organic apples.  It is combining many important vitamins and trace elements that make it a most powerful ingredient. Here are a few benefits of apple cider vinegar.

1 – For Extra Shiny Hair

Apple cider vinegar may help you get rid of dandruff and also help you with shiny hair. Mix 1 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and wait for 15 minutes or hours, then wash your hair. Do this twice a week for the best result.

2 – Balance Your Body\’s PH Levels

Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic, and it can neutralize your body\’s PH levels, making them more basic or alkaline-rich diet tend to have greater bone density.

3- Aftershave Lotion

Apple cider vinegar is also used as a toner. Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons of water and apple it after saving. Don\’t be concerned about the smell; it will dissipate very quickly.

4 – Treat Sun burn

Soak a facial cloth in apple cider vinegar with water and apply it to the affected area to reduce peeling after sunburn. After that, wash the affected area.

Mix 1 spoon of vinegar to three spoons of water and dab your acne with this solution 2 to 3 times per day. Apple cider vinegar may also help you to heal acne scars and also reduces inflammation and infection.

Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with one tablespoon of raw, organic honey. Add one tablespoon of clay. Apply this mixture to your freshly cleaned face, leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Apple cider vinegar may help your indigestion. Mix 1 to 2tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a warm water cup and add one to two tablespoons of honey. Drink slowly.

10 – Cold and Flu Treatment

It also helps in cold and flu treatment. Use it in 1 cup of warm water and add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar also add 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink it like tea. Drink this after 3 or 4 hours. Avoid boiling water. It destroys honey benefits.
