The term “unemployment” many people think someone is waiting for a job or has no job.  Now this concept changes, many people start their own business instead of waiting for the perfect or right job.

Unemployed have an opportunity

To focus on changing career paths. More and more career advisers have said employees will change jobs at least 3 to 4 times, more than they ever had than in previous generations. And if your brother or sister can change careers four times, it should only seem fair that unemployment also has the same opportunity as their older siblings. I guess this means somehow you have to learn how to adapt in an ever-increasingly changing workplace.

Up-skill or just Engaging

In learning, resources or institutions is another way for the unemployed to spend a good part of their day. Because many skills learned are transferable into the workforce – whether it’s learning to renovate or do your maintenance on the family home, learn a new language, art, computer, use the software, childcare, care-giving, community work, recycling, making savings, budgeting, look after the elderly, and use every skill or opportunity. You have to get your brain to think when you have energy and eat rest when you get tired – and then sleep. You also have to know when to switch your thinking cap off. Pakistan’s government start many new programs to learn new skills for youth.

Maintain Your Stress Levels

By staying in touch with your doctor. Stay healthy by exercising and eating good nutritious food. Keep your medication in balance with your body’s equilibrium by limiting the number of drugs, especially pain killers. Laugh as often as you can, at least twice or three times a day. Use this time to improve your health by quit smoking, drink less alcohol, stay out of trouble.
