World’s Highest Natural Cricket Stadium Inaugurated in Gilgit, Pakistan

The World Highest Natural Cricket Stadiu was opened on Saturday in Pakistan\’s picturesque Gilgit-Baltistan region.

At 8,500 feet above sea level, the Pissan Cricket Stadium is situated in Nagary Valley, where the summertime weather is ideal for cricket.

The stadium, for which a three-kilometer-long road has also been built, was officially opened by the local political authority.

At the stadium, where provincial minister Fatehullah Khan was present as the chief guest, teams from Diamer and Nagar played their opening match.

By holding Nagar to 71 runs as they attempted to reach the 161-run goal, the Diamer squad won the T20 encounter by 90 wickets.
