A healthy body gives birth to a healthy mind and vice versa. Food sustains us. It enriches our brains being it fuels our bodies. Healthy food is a combination of all types of food. 1 – Meat


The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: He is the king of eating meat.
Others have a misconception that meat is too “fatty” and limit it as much as possible. Although meat is low in fat, it is also an essential protein source, zinc, iron, or selenium. Selenium is an amazing mineral for female’s skin. Meat also promotes natural strength and immunity, and stamina.

2 – Dates


Dates are a powerhouse of minerals and vitamins and a magnificent source of vitamin-A, fiber, iron, calcium, potassium, manganese, vitamin B-6, and copper. 3 – Fig

Prophet Muhammad addressed that
“the stomach is the antidote for each stomach ailment.”

The Quran mentions that the Holy Prophet’s consumption and olive oil cure about 70 diseases locally, including leprosy and Stomach. Olive is the favorite food of the Prophet (PBUH).

The Prophet said that it cleanses you from evil thoughts and mischief for about 40 days.

Prophet Muhammad S.A.W once said that vinegar is the most excellent curry. It is an antibacterial wash and a natural cleanser.

Water is productive in daily life. Exchanging water throughout the day calms and calms the body and mind.
12 – pumpkin or Squash


Pumpkin was the favorite vegetable of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). Pumpkins are not readily available, yet they protect vital organs and benefit such as the liver and lungs.

What kind of food did Hazrat Muhammad dislike and reject?
He disliked and rejected anything that smelled bad. This will include onions and garlic. He spoke to the angels.
Sahih Al- Bukhari hadith 1.814 narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah, Mohammad said, “Whoever eats onion or garlic should keep it away from our mosque.” Jabir ibn Abdullah said, “Once a large pot of cooked vegetables was brought.
Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. asked, ‘What is in it?’ It was named after this (green) vegetable. Muhammad ordered that he be brought to some of his companions. When he S.A.W this, he disliked the food and told his companions to eat. ” I don’t eat it.
How often did the Prophet (PBUH) have meat in his meal? What was his regular meal?
There are some Hadith that suggest Mohammad supported eating meat at least once in a while.
- A few of the companions told Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that some butchers in the market (of the Islamic city) do not do Zabiha slaughter.
- He told companions and other people to have meat at least once every 40 days and advised that not doing so will make them cranky.
- He warned companions about eating meat for 40 consecutive days, saying that it would possibly make them stone-hearted and compassionate.
In general, Prophet Muhammad’s eating habits were:
- To eat as little as possible. On many occasions, he was facing continuously, day and night, and was saying to the Muslims: My Lord is feeding me with food and water. You (as Muslims) are not allowed to do that.
- To eat only one type of food, such as only bread, or merely “milh jareesh”, or only vinegar (the food of prophets), etc.
- He never eats alone, never eats if anybody around him is hungry. He was used to giving away his share of food if anybody around him is hungry.etc.
