Police and former prime minister’s supporters fought outside his Lahore home in Zaman Park on Tuesday as authorities tried to take the PTI leader into custody after issuing non-bailable arrest warrants for him in the Toshakhana case.
The news comes a day after an Islamabad court gave Khan non-bailable arrest warrants concerning a case involving selling goods he received from the Toshakhana.

Videos on social media show PTI employees throwing rocks at police officers as the security personnel clears the demonstrators’ route with water cannons and tear gas.
PTI workers have blocked several roadways in Karachi, north Punjab, and other parts of the nation in response to a call for protest.
The PTI leader posted a video message on Twitter simultaneously, urging followers to keep fighting against corrupt individuals regardless of whether he was murdered or imprisoned.
