Latest Petrol Prices in Pakistan: For the next two weeks, from February 16 to February 28, 2023, the Federal Government of Pakistan has announced a significant hike in the price of gasoline in Pakistan. The notification states that the price of petroleum products, such as gasoline, high-speed diesel, light diesel oil, and kerosene oil, has gone up for the rest of the month and the next two weeks.
The notification states that for the second half of February 2023, the price of gasoline in Pakistan has gone up by Rs. 22.20 per liter, and the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has gone up by Rs. 17.20 per liter. The cost of kerosene oil and light diesel oil (LDO) has also increased, with respective increases of Rs. 12.90 and Rs. 9.68 per liter.
As a result, the price of gasoline in Pakistan has increased to Rs. 272 per liter, while the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has decreased to Rs. 28 per liter. The price of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has reached Rs. 196.68 per liter, while Kerosene Oil has been Rs. 202.73 per liter.

According to the notification, the Pakistani government has decided to change the current prices for petroleum products. It said, “Pak Rupee devaluation relevant for the calculation of current pricing period is the cause of price increase.”
