According to the information, a girl was harasse and assaulted by hundreds of unidentified individuals at Greater Iqbal Park near Minar-e-Pakistan while making a TikTok video, who also tore her clothes. On the allegation of the female TikToker, the Lahore Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the incident, and an investigation is underway.

On Independence Day (14th August 2021), the complainant and six other companions made a TikTok video near Minar-e-Pakistan when 300-400 men \”attacked us,\” according to her account.

The girl claimed that the crowd near Minar-e-Pakistan assaulted her friends as well. Her ring and earrings were also forcibly grabbe by the mob, as were one of her friend\’s cell phones, his CNIC, and Rs. 15,000 in cash. The complaint continued, \”The unidentified persons assaulted us aggressively. The video of the girl being abuse at Minar-e-Pakistan has gone viral on social media. The Lahore Police Department has filed a First Information Report (FIR) under Pakistan Penal Code Sections 354 A. (assault or use of criminal force against a woman and stripping her of her clothing), 382 (theft after preparation for causing death, hurt, or restraint to commit the theft), 147 (rioting), and 149 (unlawful assembly).
The Lahore DIG Operations Sajid Kiyani has ordered the superintendent of police (SP). To take immediate action against those involved in the incident at Minar-e-Pakistan.
